介绍275/30R20 97H冬季轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 668.9 mm,断面宽 296 mm,行驶面宽度 247 mm,行驶面弧度高 11.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 512 mm,胎圈着合宽度 267 mm,采用不对称花纹,花纹深度 8.0 mm,花纹饱和度 67%,花纹周节数 72。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎面胶为天然橡胶/改性溶聚丁苯橡胶并用,填充高分散性白炭黑和高硬度山核桃粉,带束层采用2层2+2×0.25HT钢丝帘线,0°冠带层采用锦纶帘线,胎体采用1层1440dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布;采用二次法成型机成型,AB型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求,室外性能通过欧洲经济委员会R117法规认证。 |

The design on 275/30R20 97H winter passenger car radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 668.9 mm,cross-sectional width 296 mm,width of running surface 247 mm,arc height of running surface 11.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 512 mm,bead width at rim seat 267 mm,using asymmetric pattern,pattern depth 8.0 mm,block/total ratio 67%,and number of pattern pitch 72. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-formula and four-piece structure for tread,the blend of natural rubber/modified solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber was used for tread,which filled high dispension silica and high hardness pecan powder. 2 layers of 2+2×0.25HT steel cord for belt,nylon cord for 0° crown ply,1 layer 1440dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass,and using two-stage building machine to build tire,AB-bladder vulcanizing machine to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead unseating resistance,endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standards,and the outdoor performance passed the ECE R117 certification. |
