分析轮胎胎面挤出质量波动的原因,并提出相应解决措施。原材料性能波动、终炼胶性能不稳定、挤出胎面尺寸波动、终炼胶停放时间差异、操作差异性、挤出胎面质量监控办法不科学和工艺与工装不匹配是造成胎面质量波动的主要原因,通过采取改进原材料采购形式、严格控制终炼胶性能、提高挤出部件尺寸控制精度、控制终炼胶停放时间、消除操作差异性、采用挤出部件质量自动筛选系统以及确保工艺与工装匹配等措施,稳定了胎面质量,使成品轮胎合格率大幅提高。 |

The reasons for the extrusion quality fluctuation of tire tread were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were put forward.The main reasons for the fluctuation of tread quality were the fluctuation of raw material properties,unstable final stock properties,fluctuation of extrusion tread size,difference of parking time of final stock,difference of operation,unscientific quality control method of extrusion tread and mismatch between process and equipment.By improving the purchasing form of raw materials,strictly controlling final mixing compound properties,improving the precision of extrusion parts size control,controlling the parking time of final stock,eliminating the difference of operation,adopting the automatic screening system of extrusion parts quality and ensuring the matching of process and equipment,the tread quality was stabilized and the qualified rate of finished tire were greatly improved. |
