研究新癸酸镍在巨型工程机械轮胎胎体胶和粘合胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎体胶和粘合胶中以新癸酸镍等量替代癸酸钴,胶料的门尼焦烧时间延长,硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度相当,粘合性能提高,60 ℃时的损耗因子减小,同时胶料成本降低。 |

The application of new nickel neodecanoate in the carcass compound and adhesive compound of giant off-the-road tire was studied.The results showed that using new nickel neodecanoate to replace equivalent cobalt decanoate in the carcass compound and the adhesive compound,the scorch time of the compound was prolonged,the adhesive property of the compound improved,the hardness,modulus and tensile strength of the vulcanizate were similar,the loss factor at 60 ℃ was decreased and the compound cost was reduced. |
