研究频率和温度对帘线与胶料动态粘合性能的影响。结果表明:在室温条件下,当频率达到30 Hz时,帘线与胶料的动态粘合性能最好,动态疲劳次数达到10万次以上;以30 Hz的频率持续往复运动15 min,温度为80 ℃时帘线与胶料的粘合力保持率最大。 |

The effect of frequency and temperature on dynamic adhesion property between cord and compound was studied.The result showed that,at room temperature,when the frequency reached 30 Hz,the dynamic adhesion property between cord and compound was the best,the times of dynamic fatigue reached more than 100 000.When the reciprocating motion sustained 15 min at a frequency of 30 Hz,the adhesion retention rate between cord and compound was the largest at 80 ℃. |
