以295/75R22.5全钢子午线轮胎为例,基于有限元分析方法,研究胎肩不同边沟设计对胎肩接地压力、接地印痕及轮胎偏磨的影响。结果表明:在胎肩添加边沟可以显著降低胎肩最大接地压力;肩部偏下部位的边沟设计显著优于其他边沟设计,能够更有效地减轻轮胎偏磨。 |

Taking 295/75R22.5 all-steel radial tire as an example,based on the finite element analysis method,the influence of shoulder different groove design on shoulder contact pressure,footprint and tire eccentric wear was studied.The results showed that adding groove to shoulder could significantly reduce the maximum contact pressure of shoulder,and the groove design at the lower part of shoulder was significantly better than other groove designs,which could effectively reduce the eccentric wear of the tire. |
