研究铜、锌、钴三相合金镀层钢丝帘线贝泰威?结合无钴粘合胶料在轮胎中的应用,并与现行的黄铜(铜锌合金)镀层钢丝帘线结合含钴粘合胶料进行对比。结果表明:在高温高湿的老化条件下,与黄铜镀层钢丝帘线加含钴橡胶相比,贝泰威?钢丝帘线的粘合力明显提升,无钴胶料表现出优异的抗硫化返原性能;轮胎中贝泰威?钢丝帘线的剥离力和附胶率及覆胶形貌明显优于黄铜镀层钢丝帘线;使用贝泰威?钢丝帘线加无钴胶料的轮胎钢丝帘线粘合层的规整性明显优于使用黄铜镀层钢丝帘线加含钴胶料。 |

The application of copper-zinc-cobalt ternary alloy coated steel cord(TAWI?) combined with cobalt-free adhesive compound in tire was studied,and compared with current brass(copper-zinc alloy)coated steel cord combined with cobalt-containing adhesive compound.The results showed that,compared with the brass coated steel cord combined with cobalt-containing adhesive compound,the adhesion of TAWI? steel cord under the condition of high temperature and high humidity improved significantly,and the cobalt-free compound showed excellent anti-reversion property.The peeling forcd,rubber coverage rate and and coverage surface of TAWI? steel cord in tire were better than that of brass coated steel cord.The regularity of the steel cord adhesive layer in tire with TAWI? steel cord combined with cobalt-free adhesive compound was better than that of the brass-coated steel cord combined with cobalt-containing compound. |
