以12.00R20矿用轮胎为例,研究UG NX软件在轮胎三维模型设计中的应用。结果表明:采用UG NX软件,通过常用特征命令(如旋转对象、规律延伸、扫略、修剪片体、面倒圆等),可以生成轮胎花纹三维模型和轮胎实体模型,快速建立轮胎三维设计模型。该设计方法可有效、准确地表达轮胎设计概念,降低轮胎设计风险,缩短产品开发周期。 |

Taking 12.00R20 mine tire as an example,the application of UG NX software in tire three-dimensional(3D) model design was introduced.The results showed that UG NX software was adopted,tire pattern 3D model and tire entity model could be generated through common feature commands(such as rotating objects,regular extension,sweeping,trimming pieces,surface rounding,etc.).At the sametime,tire 3D model could be quickly established.Tire design concept could be expressed effectively and accurately by this design method,and tire design risk was reduced,product development cycle was shortened. |
