      对待优化轮胎和对标轮胎进行通过噪声测试,基于轮胎噪声的频谱特性及Colormap图,分析发现待优化轮胎的噪声频谱中存在明显的噪声峰值。通过专业的理论和分析工具诊断出该峰值主要是由花纹节距设计及排列不佳引起,最后采用节距优化理论对待优化轮胎花纹节距进行重新设计和排列优化,优化后轮胎的通过噪声测试结果及频谱特性分析表明,优化后轮胎的噪声峰值得到消除,声压级达到对标轮胎水平,且其噪声频谱与对标轮胎在相同试验条件下更为接近,验证了频谱分析法在轮胎噪声源诊断以及噪声性能优化方面的重要作用。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the pass-by noise test of the tire to be optimized and the benchmark tire was carried out.Based on the spectral characteristics of tire noise and Colormap,the analysis showed that there was a significant noise peak in the noise spectrum of the tire to be optimized.Diagnosed by professional theory and analysis tools that the peak value was mainly caused by the poor pattern design and the arrangement of the pattern pitch.Finally,tire pitch optimization theory was used to redesign and optimize the pitch of the tire pattern.The tested result of pass-by noise and the spectral characteristics analysis of optimized tire showed that,the peak noise of the optimized tire could be reduced.The optimized tire noise reached the test level of the benchmark tire at the sound pressure level,and its noise spectrum was closer to that of the benchmark tire under the same test conditions.The important role of spectrum analysis method in tire noise source diagnosis and noise performance optimization was verified.
