分析轮胎复合胎面脱层的产生原因并提出相应解决措施。胎面胶门尼粘度偏高、停放时间和环境温度变化大、终口型开型系数不匹配、机头流道和预口型设计不合理、挤出机转速过大、胎面挤出温度过高、机头压力偏低等均会造成复合胎面脱层和气泡现象,采取严格控制胎面胶门尼粘度、改善停放环境、优化终口型开型系数、重新设计机头流道和预口型形式、减小挤出机转速和提高挤出机机头压力等措施,有效解决了轮胎复合胎面脱层问题。 |

The root cause of complex tread delamination was analysed and the corrective actions was proposed.The high Mooney viscosity of tread compound,the large change of parking time and ambient temperature,the mismatching of opening coefficient of final die,the unreasonable design of head flow channel and pre die,the excessive rotation speed of extruder,the high temperature of tread extrusion and the low pressure of head would cause the delamination and bubble phenomenon of complex tread.Measures such as strictly controlling the Mooney viscosity of tread compound,improving the parking environment,optimizing the opening coefficient of the final die,redesigning the head flow channel and pre die,reducing the rotation speed of the extruder and increasing the head pressure of the extruder were taken,and the problem of complex tread delamination was effectively solved. |
