研究X系列低滞后炭黑的结构和功能及其对胶料性能的影响,并与传统炭黑N234进行对比。结果表明:与炭黑N234相比,低滞后炭黑X2008和X2009的粒径更大,结构更高,着色强度更低,具有较宽的聚集体尺寸分布和较高的表面活性;在胎面胶中以低滞后炭黑X2008和X2009等量替代炭黑N234,硫化胶的综合性能改善,生热降低,0 ℃时的损耗因子(tan δ )相当,60 ℃时的tan δ 降低,表明胶料的抗湿滑性能相当,滚动阻力降低。 |

The structure and function of X series low hysteresis carbon black and its effect on compound properties were studied,and compared with the traditional carbon black N234.The results showed that compared with carbon black N234,low hysteresis carbon black X2008 and X2009 had larger particle size,higher structure,lower colouring strength,and wider aggregate size distribution and higher surface activity.Using low hysteresis carbon black X2008 and X2009 to replace carbon black N234 in tread compound by equal weight,the comprehensive propety of vulcanizate was improved,and the heat generation was reduced,the loss factor(tanδ) at 0 ℃ was the same,and the tanδ at 60 ℃ was reduced,indicating that the wet skid resistance of the compound was the same,and the rolling resistance was reduced. |
