| 介绍8R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 931 mm，断面宽 200 mm，行驶面宽度 158 mm，行驶面弧度高 5.095 mm，胎圈着合直径 567 mm，胎圈着合宽度 165.5 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.886，花纹深度 15 mm，花纹饱和度 72.2%，花纹周节数 63。施工设计：胎面由胎面胶、基部胶和缓冲胶片组成，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15NT钢丝帘线，采用一次法成型机成型、蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求，高速性能达到企业标准要求。 |

| The design on 8R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 931 mm，cross-sectional width 200 mm，width of running surface 158 mm，arc height of running surface 5.095 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 567 mm，bead width at rim seat 165.5 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2） 0.886，pattern depth 15 mm，block/total ratio 72.2%，and number of pattern pitches 63.In construction design，the following processes were taken：construction of tread compound，tread slab base and breaker strip for tire tread，3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt，3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15NT steel cord for carcass，and using one-stage building machine to build tire and steamer type vulcanizing machine to cure tire．It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength and endurance met the requirements of the design and national standard，and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
