      介绍13/80-20 16PR反弧形压路机轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 028 mm,断面宽 304 mm,行驶面宽度 322 mm,行驶面弧度高 10 mm,胎圈着合直径 514 mm,胎圈着合宽度 230 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.992 2,胎面花纹为光面,胎冠采用反弧形设计。施工设计:胎面采用双复合挤出机挤出,胎体内层(8层)采用1680dtex/2V1锦纶66浸胶帘布,外层(2层)和缓冲层(4层)采用1680dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、单模定型硫化机硫化。反弧形成品性能试验结果表明,反弧形成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求,轮胎胎冠中心部位鼓起成弧形问题得到解决,轮胎的使用性能提高,使用寿命延长。
英文摘要:
      The design on 13/80-20 16PR anti-arc road roller tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 028 mm,cross-sectional width 304 mm,width of running surface 322 mm,arc height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 514 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.992 2,the tread pattern was smooth and the crown was designed in anti-arc shape.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:dual-extruded tread,1680dtex/2V1 nylon 66 dipped cord for inner layer(8 layers) of carcass,1680dtex/2V2 nylon 66 dipped cord for outer layer(2 layers) and breaker ply(4 layers) of carcass,using the flat-core building machine to build tire,and the single-mode curing press to cure tire.The performance test results of anti-arc finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties of tire meet the requirements of national standards,the problem of the bulging and arcing in the center of tire crown was solved,the service performance of tire were improved and service life was prolonged.
