      本文介绍了基于CATIA平台的轮胎三维参数化设计方法,首先对轮胎模具轮廓进行参数化设计,其他模块如花纹、侧板都与轮廓进行强关联设计。参数化设计的轮胎模板,其中一个参数的修改,其他相关联的所有数据,均能实现同步更新,实现了轮胎快速系列扩展的功能。同时针对轮胎设计中的通用特征进行了模块化设计,固化了轮胎设计规范和经验,实现了设计经验的传承,达到轮胎标准化设计的目标。
英文摘要:
      The 3D parametric design method of tire based on the CATIA platform was introduced in this paper. We firstly did the parameterization to the tire mold profile, other parts such as tread pattern, sidewall were designed connectedly to the mold profile. In these parametrized tire templates, all associated parameters can update synchronously when one of the parameters was modified,which achieved the function of rapid series extension between different size of tires. In addition, for some general characteristics in tire design, we fixed tire design specifications and experience in the templates by using modular design, which can achieve the inheritance of design experience and make tire design more standardized.
