介绍215/70R17.5 14PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 750 mm,断面宽 215 mm,行驶面宽度 160 mm,行驶面弧度高 7 mm,胎圈着合直径 442 mm,胎圈着合宽度 165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.825,胎面采用3条纵向花纹设计,花纹深度 13 mm,花纹饱和度 75.66%,花纹周节数 62。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层使用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线。采用一次法两鼓胶囊反包成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均达到相关设计和国家标准要求。 |

The design of 215/70R17.5 14PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 750 mm,cross-sectional width 215 mm,width of running surface 160 mm,arc height of running surface 7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 442 mm,bead width at rim seat 165 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.826,3 longitudinal pattern design for tread,pattern depth 13 mm,block/total ratio 71.5%,and the number of pattern pitches 62.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and two-piece structure for tread,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE for 0° belt,3×0.24+9×0.225+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using single stage two-drum bladder turn-up building machine to build tire,and hydraulic curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire tests that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance and speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard. |
