| 对雪地轮胎胎面配方体系进行优化调整，在提高白炭黑用量的同时加入天然橡胶，以解决雪地轮胎胎面花纹圆角问题。结果表明：胎面配方优化后，胶料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均提高，成品轮胎花纹圆角返修病象得到有效控制。 |

| The tread formula of snow tire was optimized，the addition level of silica was increased and natural rubber was added to solve the problem of tire tread pattern fillet.The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound were improved after optimization of the tread formula，and the problem of tread pattern fillet of the finished tire was effectively minimized. |
