中文摘要:
      对矿用工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化。结果表明:通过适当调整胎面胶配方中的生胶体系、补强填充体系、粘合体系和硫化体系,胶料的加工性能改善;硫化胶的撕裂强度和耐磨性能提高,生热降低;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,减少了轮胎使用过程中出现的胎面脱层问题,延长了轮胎使用寿命。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the tread compound of the low heat type off-the-road radial tire for mining was optimized.The results showed that,by adjusting rubber system,reinforcing filler system,adhesive system and curing system of the tread compound formula properly,the processing property of the compound was improved,the tear strength and wear resistance of the vulcanizate increased,and the heat build-up decreased.The endurance performance of the finished tire was improved,the tread delamination problems were reduced,and the tire service life was extended.
