      介绍31.5×13-16.5 10PR SK-400工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 762 mm,断面宽 325 mm,行驶面宽度 298 mm,行驶面弧度高 0 mm,胎圈着合直径 416 mm,胎圈着合宽度 247 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.86,花纹深度 20 mm,花纹饱和度 50%,花纹周节数 19。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用4层高强度1670dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1.0 mm的回火胎圈钢丝,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能满足设计或国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 31.5×13-16.5 10PR SK-400 industrial vehicle tire was introduced.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 762 mm,cross-sectional width 325 mm,width of running surface 298 mm,arc height of running surface 0 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 416 mm,bead width at rim seat 247 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.86,pattern depth 20 mm,block/total ratio 50%,and number of pattern pitches 19.In construction design,the following processes were taken:using one formula and one piece tread,2 layers of 930dtex/2 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply,4 layers of high strength 1670dtex/2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,using Φ1.0 mm tempered steel for bead wire,and using semi-core building machine to build tire and bladder curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties reached the requirements of design and national standards.
