| 研究0.37＋6×0.32ST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：0.37＋6×0.32ST钢丝帘线强度高，直径和线密度小，渗胶性能和抗压缩性能好；0.37＋6×0.32ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线用于295/80R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层，帘线工艺性能良好，成品轮胎外缘尺寸变化不大，强度性能和耐久性能有所提高，轮胎生产成本降低。 |

| The application of 0.37＋6×0.32ST steel cord in the belt of all steel truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that，compared with 3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord，0.37＋6×0.32ST steel cord possessed higher strength，smaller diameter and cord density，better rubber penetration property and compression resistance.Using 0.37＋6×0.32ST steel cord instead of 3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord in the belt of 295/80R22.5 18PR all steel truck and bus radial tire，the processing properties of steel cord were good，the inflated peripheral dimension of the finished tire changed little，the strength and endurance of the finished tire were improved，and manufacturing cost was lower. |
