中文摘要:
      研究高门尼稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶在白炭黑体系中的混炼工艺及性能。结果表明,两种高门尼NdBR/NR并用后均有较高的耐磨性能、较好的滚动阻力性能和较佳的动态力学性能。其中NdBR-1#的动态力学性能更佳,NdBR-2#的优势在于能进一步提高耐裂口增长性能。为了改善NdBR在白炭黑体系中的工艺性能,有必要在配方和混炼工艺上进行优化调整。
英文摘要:
      The mixing processes and properties of high Mooney viscosity neodymium butadiene rubber(NdBR)/BR blends in silica system were investigated. The result showed that, the two kinds of high Mooney viscosity NdBR/NR blends had high wear resistance, good rolling resistance and dynamic mechanical properties. In comparison, the dynamic mechanical properties of the compound using NdBR-1# was better, meanwhile, the crack growth resistance of the rubber compound containing NdBR-2# was better. In order to improve the NdBR’s process performance in silica system, it was necessary to optimize and adjust the formula and mixing process.
