介绍385/65R22.5轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 070 mm,断面宽 394 mm,行驶面宽度 288 mm,行驶面弧度高 12.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 324 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.059 7,胎面采用纵向花纹变节距设计,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹周节数 51,花纹饱和度 78.5%。施工设计:胎面胶采用三方四块结构,带束层采用3+0°结构,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175W钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用六角形结构,采用一次法成型机成型,双模硫化机氮气硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。 |

The Design of 385/65R24.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 070 mm,cross-sectional width 394 mm,width of running surface 288 mm,arc height of running surface 12.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 324 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.059 7,longitudinal pattern with variable pitch design for tread,pattern depth 15 mm,the number of pattern pitches 51,and block/total ratio 78.5%.In construction design,the following processes were taken:3 formula and 4 piece structure for tread,three layers+0° layer structure for belt ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,3+9+15×0.175W steel cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tire and double mold press to cure tire with nitrogen.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimensions,strength performance and endurance performance reached the requirements of national standards. |
