      介绍提高橡胶抗撕裂性能的方法和机理。在轮胎胎面胶配方中可通过改变生胶体系、填充体系、加入纤维类材料或抗撕裂树脂来提高胶料的抗撕裂性能。提高抗裂口扩展的能力是提高橡胶抗撕裂性能的关键,通过加入具有高度取向的材料、刚性的材料或在橡胶中可以形成互穿网络的材料,可延缓撕裂裂纹的发展,从而提高胶料的抗撕裂性能。
英文摘要:
      The methods and mechanisms to improve the tear resistance of rubber were introduced.In the formula of tire tread,tear resistance of the compound could be improved by changing raw rubber system,filler system and adding fiber material or tearing resistant resin.The increase of crack growing resistance was the key to improve tear resistance of rubber.By adding highly oriented materials,rigid materials or materials that could form interpenetrating network in rubber,the growth of tearing cracks could be retarded,and thus the tear resistance of the compound was improved.
