| 研究1×12×0.20＋0.15钢丝帘线替代3＋9×0.22＋0.15钢丝帘线在7.00R16LT全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明：1×12×0.20＋0.15钢丝帘线替代3＋9×0.22＋0.15钢丝帘线用于7.00R16LT全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中，钢丝帘布厚度和质量减小，成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和高速性能变化不大且均达到国家标准要求，耐久性能有所提高，质量减小，成本降低，性价比提高。 |

| The application of 1×12×0.20＋0.15 steel cord instead of 3＋9×0.22＋0.15 steel cord in the carcass of 7.00R16LT light truck and bus radial（TBR） tire was investigated.The results showed that，by using 1×12×0.20＋0.15 steel cord to replace 3＋9×0.22＋0.15 steel cord in the carcass of 7.00R16LT light TBR tire，the calendering thickness and weight were reduced，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength and high speed performance of the finished tire changed little and met the requirements of national standards，the endurance performance was improved，tire weight and production cost were reduced，and the ratio of performance to cost was improved. |
