      介绍低滚动阻力实心轮胎的开发。花纹设计:通过适当减小周向花纹沟的数量和深度,设计出名为K3的花纹。胎面胶配方设计:采用全天然橡胶的生胶体系,并以白炭黑部分替代炭黑。成品性能测试结果表明,试验轮胎的滚动阻力降低,能耗减小,胎面胶和基部胶的物理性能均达到国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The development of solid tire with low rolling resistance was described. In pattern design,the number and depth of the circumferential grooves were properly reduced,and the pattern was known as K3.In formula design of tread compound,NR was used as the rubber system,and part of carbon black was replaced by silica.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the rolling resistance and energy consumption of the test tire decreased,and the physical properties of the tread and base compound all met the requirements of the national standards.
