      对工程机械斜交轮胎蒸汽/氮气硫化工艺进行试验分析。结果表明:与采用过热水硫化工艺相比,采用蒸汽/氮气硫化工艺后,轮胎硫化时间延长,生产效率无明显优势;可节约能源成本但设备改造成本高,投资回收周期长;蒸汽/氮气硫化成品轮胎的物理性能、耐久性能和高速性能无明显变化。
英文摘要:
      The steam/nitrogen vulcanization process of the off-the-road bias tire was analyzed.The results showed that,compared with the superheated water vulcanization process,the curing time of the tire was prolonged and the production efficiency had no obvious advantage with the steam/nitrogen vulcanization process.The energy cost was reduced,but the equipment transformation cost was high,and the investment recovery period was long.The physical properties,durability and high-speed performance of steam/nitrogen vulcanized tire had no obvious change.
