      花纹设计是轮胎设计中非常重要的一部分,它直接影响轮胎的滚阻、湿滑和噪音等多个重要性能指标,也是轮胎技术水平的综合体现。针对当前国内外对轮胎花纹相似度评定大多采用人为观察,存在判定结果受主观因素影响大、结果不确定等问题,提出一种基于区域重叠及相关性的轮胎花纹相似度算法,在对轮胎花纹设计图像进行预处理和对准的基础上,分别求取不同轮胎花纹之间的区域重叠度和相关系数,并将两者计算结果通过权重系数进行综合,使对轮胎花纹相似度的计算更加客观和准确,并在所开发的相似度自动判别软件平台上,对所设计算法采用多种实物轮胎花纹进行试验验证,得到了理想效果。所讨论的轮胎花纹相似度算法不但能够为轮胎花纹数据库查重和检索提供有效手段,还能作为轮胎花纹设计侵权判定的参考技术。
英文摘要:
      The tread and pattern of tire are very important in tire design proceeding which strongly impact the tire running performance such as rolling resistance, wet grip, noise and so on. The traditional method to determine the tire pattern similarity always suffer from the subjective factors and the uncertain results. A novel tire tread pattern similarity algorithm based on regional overlap and correlation is proposed. The pattern digital images of the different tires are aligned in advance then the regional overlap degree and correlation are calculated respectively. The results of the overlapping and correlation coefficient are combined by two weighting coefficients so that the calculation of the tread pattern similarity is more objective and accurate. Some experiments which employed some tires pattern data also are conducted to verify the determination performance. This tire tread pattern similarity algorithm not only provides effective means for searching and compare in tread pattern database but also can be used for the tire tread pattern design infringement judgment.
