      介绍305/70R19.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 920 mm,断面宽 302 mm,行驶面宽度 242 mm,行驶面弧度高 5.7 mm,胎圈着合直径 493.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 235 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.05,采用4条纵向沟胎面花纹,花纹深度 16 mm,花纹饱和度 75%,花纹周节数 70。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,采用4层带束层结构,1#—3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+1HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 305/70R19.5 18PR all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?920 mm,cross-sectional width?302 mm,width of running surface 242 mm,arc height of running surface 5.7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?493.5 mm,bead width at rim seat?235 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)?1.05,using 4 longitudinal grooves tread patterns,pattern depth?16 mm,block/total ratio?75%,and number of pattern pitches?70.In construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and two-piece tread,using four-layer belts,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#—3# belts,5×0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt,3×0.24/9×0.225+1HT steel cord for carcass ply,using one stage building machine to build tire and steamer press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and strength met the requirements of the design and national standard,and the endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
