对轿车子午线轮胎气密层配方中生胶体系(NR/CIIR)、补强填充体系(炭黑和活性陶土)和增塑体系(环保油)对低温性能的影响做了研究,并对结果进行了详细分析。得出轿车轮胎气密层配方中各组分较合理用量,分别为:活性陶土30份,炭黑70份,氯化丁基橡胶85份,环保油12 份。 |

The influential factors of the low temperature performance of the inner liner for PCR tire was studied and analyzed, with aspects of rubber system ( NR/CIIR ), reinforcing ( carbon black ) and filling system (activated clay), plasticizer system. The result showed the optimum dosage of inner liner formula for the PCR tire. |
