| 介绍10-16.5 10PR滑移式装载机无内胎轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径755mm，断面宽256mm，行驶面宽222mm，行驶面弧度高-2mm，胎圈着和直径416mm，胎圈着和宽度209mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）0.7035，采用牵引花纹，花纹深度16mm，花纹饱和度50%，花纹周节数21。施工设计：胎面采用两方三块结构，胎体采用4层1400dtex/2 V1，2层1400dtex/2 V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，钢丝圈采用Φ0.96mm的19#回火胎圈钢丝，采用半芯轮式成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相关设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 10-16.5 10PR skid loader tubeless tire was introduced. Structural design: overall diameter 755mm, section width 256mm, tread surface width 222mm, curvature height of tread surface -2mm, diameter at rim bead seat 416mm, width at rim bead seat 209mm, cross-section horizontal axis position（H1/H2）0.7035; pattern for traction, pattern depth 16mm, pattern saturation 50%, circumference pattern pitch number 21. Detail design: two formula and three pieces structure for tread, 4 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2 V2 dipped Nylon 6 cord fabric for carcass ply, and 19# tempered bead wire,Φ0.96mm ,for ring traveler, flat core tire building machine for building and vulcanizing machine for vulcanizing . The performance test results show that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties of the finished tire all meet design requirements and national standards. |
