介绍了775/65R29 ☆☆ E-3低断面无内胎工程子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径1735 mm,断面宽766 mm,行驶面宽度658.76mm,行驶面弧度高36.5mm,胎圈着合直径727.8mm,胎圈着和宽度622.3 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.82,胎面为块状牵引型花纹设计,花纹深度46mm,花纹饱和度58.5%;施工设计:采用胎面胶和基部胶缠绕工艺,1#,2# 带束层采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,3#和4#带束层采用3×7×0.22HE高伸长钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15*0.245HT钢丝帘线,采用分段法成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、耐久性和TKPH值均达到设计和相关标准要求。 |

The design of 775/65R29 ☆☆ E-3 low-section OTR radial tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter1735mm, cross-sectional width776mm,width of running surface 658.76mm, height of running surface 36.5mm, bead diameter at rim seat 727.8mm, bead width at rim seat 622.3mm, maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)0.82, cross-country tread pattern, pattern depth 46mm, block/total ratio 58.5%. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: wrap tread and base tread, 3+9+15*0.245HT steel cord for carcass ply, 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply, 3×7×0.22HE steel cord for3# and 4# belt ply; using semi-stage building machine to build tire and press mold to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that, the peripheral dimension and endurance performance and TKPH met the requirements of national standard. |
