| 作为粘弹性材料的天然橡胶（NR），无论生胶还是混炼胶普遍存在应力松弛现象，对后续加工性能产生影响。介绍门尼应力松弛测试方法在NR中的3个典型应用，包括橡胶的入厂检测、胎面挤出气孔率和钢丝胶压延粘辊。借助门尼应力松弛试验可以快速发现胶料品质波动或出现加工问题的原因，并制定相应的改进措施。该方法试样制备简单、分析时间短，可作为控制胶料质量的有效手段之一。 |

| Stress relaxation of viscoelastic natural rubber and filled NR compound had a great impact on their processing properties.In this paper，Mooney stress relaxation was introduced and 3 typical application examples related to natural rubber and its compound were discussed in details：incoming quality control，porous defects in extruded tread，and roller-sticking of steel cord rubber during the calendaring process.Mooney stress relaxation could be used in the detection of the quality variation of both gum and mixed compound and in the root cause analysis of processing issues.This testing method was convenient in sample preparation and testing time was short.It could be used as an effective quality control tool. |
