      介绍12R24.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 130 mm,断面宽 290 mm,行驶面宽度 228 mm,行驶面弧度高 7 mm,胎圈着合直径 622.3 mm,胎圈着合宽度 228 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.85,胎面采用3条曲折主花纹沟、变节距花纹设计,花纹深度 17 mm,花纹周节数 55,花纹饱和度 68%。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶、基部胶和过渡胶片结构,带束层采用3层带束层+2层0°带束层设计:1#和2#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型,热板式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能均符合国家标准要求,高速性能和接地印痕符合企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 12R24.5 18PR tubeless all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 130 mm,cross-sectional width 290 mm,width of running surface 228 mm,arc height of running surface 7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat  622.3 mm,bead width at rim seat 228 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.85,3 main longitudinal zigzag grooves with variable pitch design,pattern depth 17 mm,number of pattern pitches 55,and block/total ratio 68%.In construction design,the following processes were taken:tread construction consisting of tread compound,base compound and transition compound,three regular layers and two 0° layers for belt,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.35HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass,using three-drum one-stage building machine to build tire and curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimensions,strength performance and endurance performance reached the requirements of national standards,and high speed performance and ground contact footprint met the requirements of enterprise standards.
