      应用有限元技术分析全钢巨型工程机械子午线轮胎在不同胎体帘布反包高度下胎体帘布反包端点应力、应变变化情况,并利用分析结果确定最优胎体帘布反包高度。有限元分析结果表明:胎体帘布反包高度在400~530 mm范围内时,胎体帘布反包端点的应力值较小;综合考虑,胎体帘布反包高度以520 mm左右为佳。
英文摘要:
      The effect of turn-up height of carcass cord on the stress and strain of the end of turn-up carcass cord of all-steel off-the-road radial tire was analyzed by using finite element analysis,and the optimized turn-up height was obtained.The FEA results showed that,when the turn-up height of carcass cord was in the range of 400~530 mm,the stress value of the end of the turn-up carcass cord was smaller.The optimal turn-up height of carcass cord was about 520 mm.
