研究全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎侧小裂口问题。结果表明,在胎侧配方中调整防老剂4020用量和并用10份改性氯磺化聚乙烯能改善轮胎胎侧耐高温老化性能,可以有效解决高温干旱地区轮胎胎侧裂口问题,并且不加重环境破坏,符合环保要求。 |

The surface crack problem at sidewall of all-steel off-the-road radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,the high temperature aging resistance of the sidewall was improved by adjusting the addition level of antioxidant 4020,and blending 10 phr modified chlorine sulfonated polyethylene in the formula,which could effectively resolve the surface cracking at sidewall of the tire,particularly in hot and dry areas,and met the environmental protection requirements. |
