研究了硫化温度和时间对胎面胶硫化特性、物理性能、耐磨性能以及压缩生热性能的影响。结果表明,随着硫化温度降低和时间延长,最高转矩值MH和转矩差值(MH- ML)提高,定伸强度上升,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先上升到一个极值后然后下降,耐磨性能和压缩生热性能提高。 |

The influences of curing temperature and time on curing characteristics, Physical properties, wearing ability and compression heat property of tread compound were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of curing temperature and prolong of curing time, MH and MH- ML increased, tensile modulus ascended, the tensile strength and tear strength elevated to extreme value then descended,wearing ability and compression heat property improved. |
