| 以205/55R16配套轮胎开发为例,着重介绍了配套轮胎轮廓设计、花纹设计、配方设计和性能调校等内容。采用有限元分析对轮廓进行优化设计,进行非对称、不等节距排列花纹设计,使用高白炭黑低滚阻胎面胶料,通过室内外测试和调校手段,结果表明,轮胎性能均达到了项目预期性能要求。 |

| This paper introduces OE tire profile design, pattern design, compound design and alignment technology on the basis of 205/55R16 development. The result showed that, By using Optimized profile, asymmrtric pattern, high silica tread compound, test and alignment method of indoor outdoor. The performances of tire reach the requirements of project. |
