      本工作表征了处理芳烃油(TDAE)、重质环烷油(HNAP)、残余芳烃抽提物(RAE)三种橡胶油特性指标,研究了它们在半钢子午胎配方中的应用性能。结果表明,三种橡胶油及其填充硫化胶环保检测均符合相关法规环保要求;RAE热稳定性能最好,TDAE、HNAP热稳定性基本一致;RAE及其填充硫化胶玻璃化转变温度最高,HNAP最低;RAE运动粘度最大,现场使用时需要加强保温措施;相对TDAE、HNAP,RAE加工性能略差;三种环保橡胶油填充硫化胶力学性能、磨耗性能基本一致;TDAE、HNAP硫化胶抗湿滑性、滚动阻力、生热性能基本相当;相比前两者,RAE环保橡胶油能显著提高橡胶的抗湿滑性,但滚动阻力、生热性略高。

      This work characterizes the basic properties of environment-friendly rubber oils such as Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract(TDAE), Heavy Naphthenic Oil(HNAP), Residual Aromatic Extract(RAE). And we also studied the application of the three rubber oils in semi-steel radial tire formula. The results show that environmental testing results of the three kinds of rubber oil all conform to the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations. Thermal stability of RAE is the best. Thermal stabilities of TDAE and HNAP are nearly the same. The glass transition temperature of RAE is the highest, and that of HNAP is the lowest. Kinematic viscosity of RAE is the largest. So compared with TDAE and HNAP, processing performance of RAE is a little worse. The mechanical properties and abrasion performancse of the vulcanized rubbers filled with the three kinds of environment-friendly rubber oils are nearly the same. Compared with TDAE and HNAP, the wet-skid resistance performance of RAE is better than that of TDAE and HNAP, but rolling resistance of RAE is higher.
