| 介绍365/70R22.5 20PR全钢越野子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 080 mm，断面宽 370 mm，行驶面宽度 300 mm，行驶面弧度高 12 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 298 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.005 8，胎面采用开放式越野花纹，花纹深度 21 mm，花纹饱和度 54.66%，花纹周节数 30。施工设计：1#，2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线，4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线；采用一次法三鼓成型机成型、B型双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求，胎圈耐久性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 365/70R22.5 20PR all-steel cross-country radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 080 mm，cross-sectional width 370 mm，width of running surface 300 mm，height of running surface 12 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 298 mm，maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.005 8，opening cross country tread pattern，pattern depth 21 mm，block/total ratio 54.66%，and total number of pitches 30.In the construction design，the following processes were taken:3+8×0.33ST steel cord for 1#，2# and 3# belt ply，5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt ply，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply，3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply，using three drum single stage building machine to build tires and curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that the peripheral dimension，strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of design and national standard，and the bead endurance performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
