中文摘要:
      研究促进剂TBSI在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与几种常用促进剂进行对比。结果表明:在胎面胶中加入促进剂TBSI,胶料的焦烧时间和t90均比促进剂CZ和NS胶料延长,比促进剂DZ胶料缩短,硫化胶的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度均与促进剂CZ和NS硫化胶相当,耐磨性能最优;采用促进剂TBSI生产的轮胎耐久性能优于采用促进剂NS生产的轮胎。
英文摘要:
      The application of accelerator TBSI in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated and compared to several common accelerators.The results showed that,by adding accelerator TBSI in the tread compound,the scorch time and t90 were longer than the compound with accelerator CZ and NS,but shorter than the compound with accelerator DZ,the modulus at 300% elongation and tensile strength of the vulcanizates were similar to the vulcanizates with accelerator CZ and NS,and the wear resistance was the best.The endurance of the finished tire by using accelerator TBSI was better than that of the tire with accelerator TBBS.
