      介绍255/70R22.5 14PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 925 mm,断面宽 255 mm,行驶面宽度 185 mm,行驶面弧度高 8 mm,胎圈着合直径 571.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 203 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.926,胎面采用4条纵向条形花纹设计,花纹深度 13 mm,花纹饱和度 71.5%,花纹周节数 62。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能符合相关设计和标准要求。

      The design of 255/70R22.5 14PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 925 mm,cross-sectional width 255 mm,width of running surface 185 mm,height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 571.5mm,bead width at rim seat 203 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.926,4 longitudinal rib tread pattern,pattern depth 13 mm,block/total ratio 71.5%,and total number of pitches 62.In the construction design,two formula and two piece tread was adopted,3×0.24+9×0.225+0.15HT steel cord was applied for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord was applied for 1# and 2# belt ply,5×0.30HI steel cord was selected for 3# belt ply,and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord was applied for 0° belt ply.The tire was built using single stage two drum building machine and cured in press mold.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of corresponding design and standards.
