      介绍215/75R14LT 116/114Q增强型轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 678 mm,断面宽 219 mm,行驶面宽度 163 mm,行驶面弧度高 9 mm,胎圈着合直径 354 mm,胎圈着合宽度 170 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.95,采用条形花纹设计,花纹深度 10.5 mm,花纹周节数 50,花纹饱和度 73%。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用2层1670dtex/3聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层分别采用2+2×0.30HT和2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线;采用两次法成型机成型,双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,两种轮胎的成品性能均满足国家标准要求,与2+2×0.30HT钢丝帘线相比,采用2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线的成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、高速性能和横向刚性相近,强度性能和耐久性能较好,纵向刚性稍小。
英文摘要:
      The design of 215/75R14LT 116/114Q enhanced light truck radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 678 mm,cross-sectional width 219 mm,width of running surface 163 mm,height of running surface 9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 354 mm,bead width at rim seat 170 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.95,strip pattern,pattern depth 10.5 mm,total number of pitches 50,block/total ratio 73%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,2 layers of 1670dtex/3 polyester cord for carcass ply,2+2×0.30HT and 2+7×0.25HT steel cord for belt ply;using two-stage building machine to build tires,and using tire shaping and curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by tests that the performance of the tire with either 2+2×0.30HT or 2+7×0.25HT steel cord in belt ply met the requirements of national standards.Compared with that of the tires with 2+2×0.30HT steel cord,the inflated peripheral dimension,high speed performance and transverse rigidity of the tires with 2+7×0.25HT belt steel cord were similar,but the strength performance and endurance performance were better,and the longitudinal rigidity was lower.
