| 介绍225/65R17 102H轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 723 mm，断面宽 236 mm，行驶面宽度 176 mm，行驶面弧度高 9 mm，胎圈着合直径 435.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 185 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.00，花纹深度 8.2 mm，花纹饱和度 72.3%，花纹周节数 76。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用2层1100dtex/2－100 DSP聚酯浸胶帘布，带束层采用2层3×0.30HT钢丝帘布，冠带层采用1层930dtex/2－94改性锦纶浸胶帘布，采用两次法成型机成型、B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、胎圈阻力性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求，耐久性能、低气压性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 225/65R17 102H passenger car radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 723 mm，cross-sectional width 236 mm，width of running surface 176 mm，arc height of running surface 9 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 435.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 185 mm，maximum width position of cross-section （H1/H2） 1.00，pattern depth 8.2 mm，block/total ratio 72.3%，and total number of pitches 76.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-pieces tread，2 layers of 1100dtex/2-100 DSP dipped polyester cord for carcass ply，2 layers of 3×0.30HT steel cord for belt，1 layer of 930dtex/2-94 modified nylon 66 cord for cap ply，and using two-step building machine to build tires and B model press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and bead unseating resistance met the requirements in the design and national standard，and the endurance performance，low air pressure and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
