| 介绍军用13-20 16PR工程机械轮胎设计。结构设计：外直径 1 188 mm,断面宽 332 mm，行驶面宽度 310 mm,行驶面弧度高 29 mm,胎圈着合直径 512 mm,胎圈着合宽度 254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.888 9，采用越野花纹，花纹饱和度 48.8%，花纹深度 18 mm,花纹周节数 30。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块复合结构，胎体采用6层2100dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布和2层2100dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用930dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布，胎圈采用双钢丝圈结构，采用LCB-3B型成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到设计和相应国家标准要求。 |

| The design of military 13-20 16PR off-the-road tire was described.In thestructural design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 188 mm,cross-sectional width 332 mm,width of running surface 310 mm,arc height of running surface 29 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 512 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,maximum width position of cros-section (H1/H2) 0.888 9,cross-country patterns，block/total ratio 48.8%，pattern depth 18 mm,total number of pitches 30.In the construction design,the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece tread,6 layers of dipped 2100dtex/2V1 nylon 6 cord and 2 layers of dipped 2100dtex/2V2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，2 layers of dipped 930dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord for breaker ply,two braided steel cords for tire bead,using LCB-3B type building machine to build tires，and using double-mold curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the peripheral dimension and physical property met the requirements of corresponding design and national standard. |
