中文摘要:
      研究纳米氧化锌替代普通氧化锌在无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层中的应用。结果表明:在气密层胶中以2.1份纳米氧化锌替代3.5份普通氧化锌,胶料的焦烧时间和t90延长;硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,气密性能基本相当,气密层胶与过渡层胶的粘合性能较好;成品轮胎的耐久性能达到国家标准要求,且生产成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of nano zinc oxide in the inner liner of tubeless truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that, by using 2.1 phr nano zinc oxide instead of 3.5 phr common zinc oxide in the inner liner, the scorch time and t90 of the compound extended, the physical properties and air tightness of the vulcanizates changed little, and the adhesion between the inner liner compound and transition layer compound was better. The endurance of finished tire met the requirements of national standards, and the production cost was reduced.
