      介绍20×11-10全地形车辆沙漠竞速轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 482.2 mm,断面宽 300 mm,行驶面宽度 276 mm,行驶面弧度高 54.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 252.2 mm,胎圈着和宽度 11 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.64,采用加深挖斗(浆)式花纹,花纹深度 30 mm。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用2层930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布;采用摩托车轮胎弹簧反包成型机成型,立式液压四模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能符合企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 20×11-10 desert racing tire for all-terrain vehicle was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 482.2 mm,cross-sectional width 300 mm,width of running surface 276 mm,height of running surface 54.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 252.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 11 mm,maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 0.64,with the design of deepened paddle pattern,pattern depth 30 mm.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece extruded tread,2 layers of 930dtex/2 dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply;using spring turn-up building machine to build tires,and using vertical type hydraulic curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard,and the endurance performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
