| 研究3＋8×0.33HT高强度钢丝帘线在标准型全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,以高强度、小直径的3＋8×0.33HT钢丝帘线代替3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15钢丝帘线用于标准型全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层，无需对现有工艺路线和装备进行改造，在保证轮胎强度和耐久性能的情况下，可减小轮胎质量，降低原材料成本。 |

| The application of 3＋8×0.33HT high tenacity steel cord in standard truck and bus radial (TBR) tire was investigated.The 3＋8×0.33HT steel cord had higher strength and smaller diameter than conventional 3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15 steel cord.By using the 3＋8×0.33HT steel cord to replace the 3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15 steel cord in the belt of standard TBR tire,without any adjustment on the process and equipment,the tire weight and material cost were reduced while the strength and endurance performance of tire remained the same. |
