| The composition and characteristics of the control system with frequency inverter for extruder was introduced.Simens S7-300 series PLC control system was adopted,Profibus-DP was used for PLC and G120 frequency inverter,and touch screen was used for parameter input and data display.The screen could display the alarm information,pressure,current,speed,and power curve.Application of this control system could ensure the stable operation of production lines. |
