研究国产溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)在高性能轿车轮胎胎面胶中的应用情况,并与进口SSBR进行对比。结果表明:进口SSBR较国产SSBR更利于填料(特别是白炭黑)的分散;对于白炭黑/炭黑并用填充体系,国产SSBR混炼胶的口型挤出温度稍高,挤出效率稍低,但挤出部件的外观和尺寸稳定性稍好;与进口SSBR硫化胶相比,低剪切应变时国产SSBR硫化胶的动态生热差异不大,但0 ℃时的损耗因子更高,高剪切应变时国产SSBR硫化胶的动态生热较大。轮胎成品性能试验表明,国产和进口SSBR均能较好地满足轮胎使用性能要求,且相应轮胎抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力性能均达到欧盟标准较高的B和C级水平。 |

The application of domestic solution tyrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) in the tread compound for high performance passenger car tire was studied,and compared with imported SSBR.The results showed that the imported SSBR was better for filler(especially for silica) dispersion compared with domestic SSBR.For silica/carbon black filler system,the extrusion die temperature of domestic SSBR compound was higher and the extrusion efficiency was lower,but the surface and dimensional stability of extrusion parts were better.Compared with imported SSBR vulcanizate,under low shear strain rate the dynamic heat build-up of domestic SSBR vulcanizate was similar,but the tanδ at 0 ℃ was higher;under high shear strain rate the dynamic heat build-up of domestic SSBR vulcanizate was higher.The test results of finished tire showed that both domestic and imported SSBR could meet tire performance requirements,and the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of tire reached B and C grades in European Union tire labeling regulation, respectively. |
