      介绍385/65R22.5宽基无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 066 mm,断面宽 383 mm,行驶面宽度 300 mm,行驶面弧度高 13 mm,胎圈着合直径 571.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 298 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.014 3,花纹深度 15.5 mm,采用5条花纹沟设计。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,1#~3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用三鼓成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求,速度性能符合企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 385/65R22.5 wide base tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 066 mm,cross-sectional width 383 mm,width of running surface 300 mm,height of running surface 13 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 571.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 298 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.014 3,pattern depth 15.5 mm,with the design of 5 groove pattern.In construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and two-piece extruded tread,3+9+15×0.22+0.22 steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#~3# belt ply,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply;using three-drum building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of the relative design and national standard,and the speed performance met the requirement of enterprise standard.
