| 研究0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线在无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。试验结果表明，以0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线用于无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中，成品轮胎外缘尺寸基本不变，强度性能、耐久性能、胎圈耐久性能和速度性能均有较大提高，在小幅增加胎体质量和成本的情况下可实现胎体安全倍数的大幅提高，提高了轮胎的使用安全性能和承载能力。 |

| The application of 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord in the carcass of tubeless truck and bus radial（TBR）tire was studied.The results showed that，by using 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord instead of 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord in the carcass of tubeless TBR tire，the peripheral dimension of finished tire changed little，the strength performance，tire endurance，bead endurance and speed performance were significantly improved.The safety factor of carcass increased remarkably as the tire weight and cost increased only a little，and the safety and load capacity of tire improved. |
