| 介绍28×9-15 14PR宽断面工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 696 mm，轮胎断面宽 214 mm，行驶面宽度 208 mm，行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm，胎圈着合直径 387.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 178 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.875，采用横向块状花纹设计，花纹深度 18 mm，花纹周节数 24，花纹饱和度 71%。施工设计：胎面采用两方三块结构，胎体采用8层1870dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布；采用半芯轮式成型机成型，立柱式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 28×9-15 14PR wide profile industrial vehicle tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 696 mm，cross-sectional width 214 mm，width of running surface 208 mm，height of running surface 6.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 387.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 178 mm，cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.875，with the design of transverse block pattern，pattern depth 18 mm，pattern circular pitch 24，block/groove ratio 71%.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and three-piece extruded tread，8 layers of 1870dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply；using semi-flat building machine to build tires，and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative design and national standard. |
